TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MYSTIC LAKE CASINO HOTEL

GENERAL TERMS
The Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of services, facilities, and accommodations at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel ("Mystic Lake" or "Hotel"). By using any part of Mystic Lake's facilities or engaging in activities on its premises, guests acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
USE OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Guests are responsible for their own conduct and actions while on the hotel premises. Guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tribal-state requirements. Any violation of law may result in prosecution and/or exclusion from Mystic Lake's facilities.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Mystic Lake enforces a minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years for casino gaming and entrance to the hotel's restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Guests must provide valid government-issued identification verifying their age.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are liable for any damage or loss resulting from their actions while on Mystic Lake's premises. Guests may be held personally responsible for damages caused by them or their guests to hotel property, including rooms, equipment, and furniture.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Mystic Lake prohibits the possession of firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, or any other item that poses a risk to people or property on its premises. Guests are prohibited from bringing any animal, except for service animals, onto hotel property.
GUEST BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT
Guests must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with good sportsmanship and respect for others on the premises at all times. Any behavior deemed unacceptable may result in ejection or banishment from Mystic Lake's facilities.
PRIVACY POLICY
Mystic Lake collects and uses guest information to provide services, process payments, and enhance guest experience. Personal data is protected by applicable laws and security measures but may be shared with authorized third parties for business purposes.
COPYRIGHT AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
All materials, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software programs (the "Materials"), available on or through Mystic Lake's website or premises are copyrighted or proprietary to Mystic Lake or its affiliates. Guests agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reuse, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive trade secrets from, or create derivative works based upon the Materials without written permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Mystic Lake asserts ownership and exclusive right to all intellectual property contained within its facilities and website, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, service marks, business names, domain names, logos, and slogans (collectively "Intellectual Property Rights"). Guests agree not to use any of Mystic Lake's Intellectual Property Rights without prior written consent.
GAMING RULES AND REGULATIONS
Mystic Lake Casino Hotel operates under applicable tribal-state gaming laws. Gaming rules are posted at each game and may be modified or updated by management from time to time. Guests must comply with all published gaming rules, including betting limits, maximum payouts, and age restrictions.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions may be changed without prior notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on Mystic Lake's website or publication at the hotel premises.
GOVERNING LAW
The Agreement shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced under federal law and the laws of Minnesota applicable to tribal-state gaming operations. The venue for any litigation arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be restricted to the courts located within the State of Minnesota or a tribal jurisdiction.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and guests, superseding all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings whether written or oral. The invalidity or unenforceability in one state does not affect other states.
AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERS
Mystic Lake may waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions at its discretion but such waiver will be binding only upon Mystic Lake and may not bind others. Amendments to this Agreement require written consent from both parties.

By using Mystic Lake's facilities, engaging in activities on premises, or entering into contracts for services with the Hotel, guests acknowledge acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while on hotel property.
